This sounds like a fun way to do it if you can't in person. Do you ride on a trainer indoor and interact with a screen or go out and pedal, upload a ride, and then see where you "went"?

This story reminds of of something I saw not too long ago on one of my rides. Was going up Presidio, and just past Cosoy, I caught up to a father and son pair, going up that portion. The son was really into it, off the saddle, on a hybrid. As I passed, I gave him the thumbs up, "good job! Keep it up!" Hopefully, you encouraged the "carp" out of him. This will keep him going on future rides, and longer distances.

Well said Meggan! I'm right there with you. Funky days can be eclipsed by even a short pedal in the neighborhood. Movement, and air, and scenery, and using your senses. It's a whole body experience! So happy for you and glad you are getting back out on the bike and finding that peace. It's always there, just a few pedal strokes away.
